Shipping and Returns
We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within three business days. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays. Our standard ship method is UPS SurePost. Transit times are based on your distance from our warehouse in Durham, NC and will arrive within 5-10 business days.
Shipping is available within the 48 Contiguous States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the other US territories. No international orders are accepted. To inquire about the status of your shipment, contact Customer Service.
Return / Exchange Policy
Returns: TriggerPoint accepts returns of all products purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information or receipt, and a brief note that includes your contact information. If the item was purchased directly from our site, please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be issued back onto your credit card from when it is processed by our facility. If the product was purchased from a third party, please allow 8-10 weeks from when our facility receives the package for processing.
Exchanges: TriggerPoint offers a 1-year warranty on all our products against manufacturer’s defects. Products deemed defective may be sent to the below address with a copy of the receipt within this period for replacement only. If you have additional questions about our return or warranty policy, please contact Customer Service. Please note that natural wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Implus LLC does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges being sent back to our facility.
