The MB2 Roller provides targeted relief to the neck and back to soothe pain, and improve flexibility and mobility. The massage balls use a patented, layered construction made up of different densities. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hits the Spot literally I have an area of my upper back that get very tense up towards the end of marathons, Spartan Supers, Spartan Beast, and other endurance events. I use to have 7% scoliosis but through chiropractic care it has been corrected, but in that area I have a rib that comes out of place as well. This tool allow room for the spine and pressure right where in need it to self adjust. Something about having pressure on both sides of the spine helps alot.
