Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love how we feel! My teenage daughters and I discovered Triggerpoint products in a foam rolling class at the YMCA. They are dancers, and found foam rolling so helpful in relieving sore muscles, as well as increasing flexibility. I love how much "younger" I feel after using the products; my aches and pains are reduced and my range of motion increased. We use the massage balls, footballer, and Grid foam rollers. They are very durable and well-made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeping me injury-free! I bought this kit at the beginning of my training plan for a half-marathon - my second attempt after injury derailed me the first time. I've had chronic problems with piriformis syndrome for at least 3 years. When the kit arrived in the mail, and I watched the how-to videos, I was initially a little disappointed in the simplicity of the whole thing. However, I began using the massage ball and calf-roller regularly and as directed, and I'm SO glad to say I successfully completed a 20 wk training plan AND 13.1 miles...all w/o injury!!! While simple, I attribute a great deal of my success to this kit, and I have already recommended it to numerous friends. It's a little pricey, but I think it's well worth it, and there's no way I'd go back and find a cheaper product. Thanks so much, TriggerPoint!

Hello! I stopped running due to chronic plantar fasciitis and Aquilles tendon issues.  I bought the foundation collection but I don't understand how often and how long should the sessions last. I do the videos on your website. Is it enough?

Hi! Doing the videos is enough, but ideally, you’d repeat those a few times per day. Begin by rolling as soon as you wake up, then roll around lunch time or before a workout, finally roll about an hour before bed. If you repeat this for 2-3 weeks you should begin feeling a substantial difference. Then, you can reduce the frequency of rolling to maybe one time per day.

Greetings! I bought my set of products many years ago. It is equivalent to your "Foundation Set". I can't find the original DVD that came with it. I would love to be able to view the video on this via the portal. Help please! Forgot how to use my set!
