I have had my cane for approximately 2 weeks. Today it snapped in half, I am small so was not pressing very hard. Is this likely to happen again, or may i have simpley got a frail batch? Extremely disappointed.

How hard should you press ?

The AcuCurve can be used on several different muscle groups, all of which may require different pressure. The recommendation is to use your best judgement because there should be some discomfort, but there should not be excruciating pain. In fact, too much pain may make conditions worse. Studies have shown that, on a scale of 1-10, applying pressure up to 6-8 will have the best benefit.
