Pre-Gen : Re-Gen
The arrow or triangle is to represent the greatest rate of return. What we want you to identify with is the larger the platform the more necessary it is to self-administer the Trigger Point Performance programming.
Pre-Gen programming creates a foundation and a platform for greatness, we see many athletes skipping this phase of programming only to find them later trying to fight off injury within the Re-Gen cycle. What needs to be understood is that in the Re-Gen phase the damage has already been done. You have to work twice as hard to keep injuries at bay, Pre-Gen sessions represent the best way to fight injury and keep the bodies muscle tissue, fulcrums and levers moving as efficiently as possible.
PRE-GEN - MCT MICRO CYCLE
Pre-Gen programming prepares the tissue to tolerate the demands that will be placed upon it by systematically preparing the body for the most biomechanically effective actions possible. Elasticity and proper length-tension relationships are restored allowing muscles to produce the greatest amount of force with the least amount of energy cost. This results in optimal performance, decreased injury, and quicker recovery.
*Micro cycles are to be delivered on a daily basis prior to activity. These micro cycles are to be administered to oneself everyday for a period of 7-10 minute. Micro cycles are defined by the bodies movement pertaining to the sport of choice or general use.

RE-GEN - MCT MACRO CYCLE
Re-Gen programming represents a more therapeutic approach that can be used either post workout, or on its own to restore balance, range of motion, and encourage circulation in overworked and dysfunctional muscle tissue. It will speed up the recovery process getting you back to the court, field, rink, or just life faster. Re-Gen is also an excellent assist in the rehab and post rehab process.
*Macro cycles are to be delivered on a weekly basis or at least one hour post workout. These macro cycles are to be administered to ones self one day a week or daily for a period of 30-60 minutes based on time. Marco cycles and the delivery of programming is defined by the sport of choice, general use and or defined by race and training periodization.
