Learn to understand that a healthy body is a healthy mind. We often concentrate on how the mind performs but we never concentrate on how the body feels. Self-awareness is everything. Also be aware of your urine color, I know it's strange to say but at the end of the day this is one of the easiest ways to see if you are hydrated or not. Dehydration creates friction within the muscle due to the lack of lubrication. Think about the difference between beef jerky and a supple steak, the jerky is difficult to move and creates friction every time the tissue tries to move, a supple steak is just that supple, movement occurs efficiently due to the liquid within the tissue

The net effect is loss of tissue tolerance. Once again what you tolerate you accept. If you are getting tired lethargic and the body feels stale it's time to take action.
