Rated 5 out of 5 by from Massage Ball w/Sack for 2 I'm super active in sports and follow the 3-flows of dynamic warm up, sport/exercise specific workouts, followed by soft tissue recovery. Questions

Hello! What is the difference between this ball versus your newest version that is made of foam? Thanks!

Asked by: Liane
Hi Liane, The main difference between the TP Massage Ball and the MB1 is the material: Original TP Massage Ball is cloth and the MB1 is foam. Both balls are meant to be the same density, where the MB1 is easier to clean and has better grip during use - the texture of it makes it easier to grip if you're using it on a slippery surface. Additionally, the construction of the foam ball can provide varied pressure on the areas of the body it's used on. While the TP Massage Ball is a cloth material, which is more difficult to clean, and you'll find that it provides a more cushioned roll.

Hello, which trigger point massage ball should I buy? I've tried both the yellow and the red one. Can you please tell me all the differences between them?

Asked by: Alyanna
Hi Alyanna, We apologize for the delayed response. If you're still looking to purchase one of these balls, then the main difference between the TP Massage Ball (yellow) and Factor Ball (red) is the firmness and size. TP Massage is smaller and less firm than the Factor Ball. The TP Massage Ball is best used when wanting to manage minor aches and pains of the muscle by applying moderate, targeted directly to the muscles for deep compression and release. The Factor Ball is best used when wanting to apply extremely firm and targeted pressure directly to the muscle for deepest compression and release. Great for dense muscles and anyone who prefers intensity. If you have any further questions, please let us know!

What material is the interior of this product actually made from to keep it's firmness and shape or will it lose either of those qualities over time?

Asked by: PoppyF
Hi PoppyF, Our TP Massage Ball has a solid core that helps the soft exterior maintain it's shape and firmness. With consistent use, you will see the shape of the ball evolve into an oval or in a way that represents the way you use it the most. This is typical and the product will still be functional. If you have any further questions let us know! Sincerely, TriggerPoint Customer Service
