Rated 5 out of 5 by from Serious roller for serious pain Incredibly hard and doesn't soften like other rollers. Highly recommend, but be warned this roller isn't for the faint of heart. It is really hard. I use it to roll out my shoulder. I have a serious muscular imbalance with years of fascia build up. First time I rolled I literally screamed from the pain of the pressure. My shoulder and scapula have started to relax more now and it is directly because of this. I would highly recommend this problem for "Gamer neck and back". I hope they make a 30" version soon I can roll the whole scapula out. Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite Foam Roll I bought the Grid X when it first came out and I absolutely love it. By far the best roller I have ever used. A lot of other ones lose their shape after a while, but this one is still going strong. It's even helped me loosen up some chronic troublesome spots like my IT band and soleus.

I'm a bodybuilder and a personal trainer and highly recommend this product for anyone! I use this atleast once a day and up to 3 times a day. I have never felt better and more mobile since I started using this product. If your skeptical at all, take my word on this and you won't be disappointed:)

It works great. But I noticed it started squeaking, louder and more often, which I was quite disappointed with for one of the best rollers in your range. I emailed your sales contact a few weeks back but was ignored :( Any response back would greatly be appreciated as this is still a very new product

Out of all the rollers that you sell which one do you recommend the most? I will be using it for myself to relieve pain and muscle tightness. On my son it will be used to relieve muscle tightness & maintain flexibility. The Grid X has me interested so far

Hello! All our foam rollers can be used to maintain flexibility and relieve muscle tightness, with the main difference being the firmness level of the rollers. The GRID X will be twice as firm as the original GRID 1.0 to deliver a deeper massage. It can be a bit firm for people who are new to foam rolling, but it really depends on your preference for firmness level. Both the GRID X and the GRID 1.0 will be great options for daily foam rolling and recovery. Thanks! TriggerPoint

I have lower back pain that was caused by muscle imbalances, squatting too heavy, and very tight hip flexor and hamstrings. My chiropractor suggested to get a hard foam roller to help target trigger points in my low back and glutes. will this help?
