HI, tptherapy, I am looking at purchasing the massage stick. I have mild tennis elbow and would like to massage my fore arm muscles along with my stretches. Would this product work. I already have some of your products. Kind regards. Chris

Hi Chris, The STK is a great product that can be used on many different muscle groups. However, it is primarily designed to be used on the lower body by applying pressure with the upper body. While possible, it may be challenging to use on both side of the arm to address both the flexors and extensors of the wrist. In addition, many cases of tennis elbow arise from “tight” shoulders. Therefore I would suggest you get something that you can use both your shoulders and forearms. I would encourage you to invest in 2 of the new MBX massage balls (Link included below). These will allow you to work your thoracic spine, pecs, lats along with the forearms. Can this product be disassembled at all?  I washed this in soapy water and now it squirts trapped water every time I used it.

Hi Lawson, With this type of claim, you should reach out to our customer service department. We don't suggest disassembling the GRID STK, and since you are experiencing this trouble they'll be better able to assist you. Their email address is help@4implus.com. In the future, it's best to wash our products by applying the soapy water on a rag or paper towel. Hindsight is always 20/20 :-)

Hi thisisforfun, When using the AcuGRIP handles on the STK, we have suggested that using a tiny bit of lotion or oil can ease the "pulling" motion when applying an acute myofascial release. However, when using the roller aspect of the STK we don't recommend applying additional lotion or oil as one of the desired effects we want for the STK is the turning motion of the roller. Hi Vicky, The STK and the STK X weigh the same. The difference is in the firmness of the foam, where the STK X foam is firmer than the STK.
